A.R.M. (USA) Inc., located in Wintersville, OH, has delivered hundreds of portable and park ride systems to customers worldwide since 1998. We understand the unique and specific needs of the amusement industry. With nearly 50 proud and talented staff members, A.R.M. is a complete manufacturing facility with design, fabrication, assembly, paint, electrical, control systems and special effects all in-house. A.R.M.’s industry leading customer service, from initial call to final delivery, is the foundation of our reputation.

SUPPORT

Technical support for every A.R.M. ride system.  Including, a fully stocked parts warehouse and overnight shipping with all major freight carriers.  Our response time is typically within 24 hours, to expedite issues and ensure quick turnaround.  Our Technical Support call center provides step-by-step service expertise for parts installation, repair and trouble shooting.
